Account Services/Office Manager

SEO_Services is rapidly growing Company in the field of Internet marketing and search engine optimization. We are looking for an enthusiastic self motivated individual looking for a challenge in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

The primary role of the account services manager is to provide support and customer service to the SEO_Services clients. The account services manager is responsible for maintaining client relationship and servicing all aspects of the client projects and ongoing partnership. SEO_Services mission is to maintain a standard of customer service excellence which makes us a market leader in our industry. The account services manager role is pivotal to ensuring that we meet this goal each and every time with each and every client.

Account services managers are required to have a minimum of 4 years customer service experience and be educated to degree level. The account services manager owns and is responsible for the client relationship leading to a high level of satisfaction with the SEO_Services products and services. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and a completely professional approach to their work and role. The account services manager reports directly to the CEO.

The following is a list of measurable tasks that the account services manager must perform in the role and should be used together with a high level of initiative and intuitive responsiveness to the customers needs.

• Review contracts with new clients and set clear expectations.
• Invoice clients as agreed in the contract.
• Liaise with the Sales Department to ensure contracts are clear and all services are documented as agreed in the proposal.
• Keep clear records of all client contact and liaison. Ensure the tools provided by SEO_Services are used to track and log all client work and communications.
• Liaise with providers of outside services for the project, raise Po’s and services provided are as agreed.
• Prepare and revise service level agreements for repeat clients and ensure agreed terms are adhered to.
• Conduct reviews of contract during all steps in the process and ensure contracted levels of service have been achieved.
• Prepare monthly reports and updates following agreed guidelines.
• Ensure client is trained in the use of tracking and analytics and that monthly reports are understood and progress is as agreed.
• Up sell additional services as identified and when benefits to the client are clearly understood by client.
• Work closely with the SEO Department to indemnify any problems and prepare detailed reports to client when a problem situation is being monitored.
• Log any issues and queries in the problem management system and ensure solutions and answers are communicated to client within agreed timescales.
• Communicate clearly with clients on a regular basis. The client should be contacted by e-mail and phone at least twice a month.
• Ensure payments are received on time and all additional work outside the scope of the contract is agreed in advance and invoiced when work is complete.
• Assist the marketing department in improving and maintaining communications with clients.
• Assist with issues relating to the day to day running of the office including assisting the CEO with day to day bookkeeping including payroll, health insurance and budgeting.

Additionally, the account services manager is expected to display a high level of creativity and make suggestions for improvement in processes and systems to ensure maximum effectiveness of time spent on tasks and quality of time spent with clients. They should be proficient in Excel, word, Outlook and have a working knowledge of PowerPoint, MS publisher, QuickBooks, and Microsoft project server.

Web Developer

SEO_Services is rapidly growing company in the field of Internet Seo Services Information marketing and search engine optimization. We are looking for an enthusiastic self motivated individual looking for a challenge in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

The primary role of the web programmer is to support the search engine optimization specialists by implementing the changes recommended on clients’ websites. This primarily involves programming in ASP.Net or PHP, along with some work in SQL. The ideal candidate must have excellent attention to detail including the ability to check their code for bugs and for unwanted side-effects their changes may have caused.

The following is a list of measurable tasks that the web programmer must perform in the role:
• Actively participate in reviews related to the clients optimization project.
• Implement programmatic and content changes on the client’s websites.
• Review monthly ranking reports, implement any changes necessary to ensure a site attains and keeps good rankings.

Web programmers are required to have a minimum of 1 year commercial development experience (this can include internships) and be educated to degree level. Additionally, the web programmer is expected to display a high level of creativity and make suggestions for improvement in processes and systems to ensure maximum effectiveness of time spent on tasks and quality of time spent with clients. They should be proficient in ASP.Net and HTML, experience in other web programming languages a distinct plus as would SQL experience. They should also have a high level of proficiency in all the Microsoft products.
